		<description>indeed - i work with my local co-op on getting young coconuts. I also have a friend who works at an Indian grocer and he lets me know when they are in.. when I am in a bind, I sometimes buy the small tetrapaks (vitacoco brand or zico). Hope that helps! It really does make a difference to have a relationship with your grocer :)</description>

		<description>my pantry must-have: coconut water and/or coconut flakes,and carob powder. I love to make raw fudge, and coconut water is the family substitute for Gatorade! Plus it makes smoothies taste better when you want a perkier recipe in lieu of water.</description>
