		<description>Lovely. I definitely agree that progressing into raw is a great way to go. And yes, veggies &gt; ice cream, any day. Though for some ice cream would have been the norm so replacing with cooked veggies doesn&#039;t work, but replacing with raw ice cream does.

Great food for thought. :)</description>

		<description>Great information! Yes, changing slowly into the raw foods lifestyle is best. Though, I did it pretty fast and hard core so it was a little difficult for me. I love the raw foods lifestyle though and plan to stick with it! I tell people to start by making small changes in their diet like drink a green smoothie a day or eat more fruit during the morning. People need to realize that it is a slow transition process but the final results are well worth it!</description>

Many people get themselves into trouble trying to go too fast, and unfortunately may give up on the raw diet because it didn&#039;t give them the results they were after.

Slow and steady usually is the best way to go about things for the sustainable results that we really want.</description>
