Hi Sister Notes,

Instead of Nuts, you can use seeds in your Recipes =) Pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, flax, sessame work in some recipes but the Pumpkin seeds, Hempseeds and soaked Chia seeds taste amazing in recipes, and the Pumpkin and Hempseeds you can just eat by the handful =) Enjoy! =)

Great title, this is just what I was looking for. I'm new to going green and raw with my food. But with nut allergies in the family, I'm running low on ideas that everyone will enjoy. This will help me plan. Thanks!

Good article...

One thing I do if I did not have time to prep a salad the night before is swing by Kroger on the way in or on my lunch break and pick up a mixed fruit cup for about $2.50-$3 and a couple Larabars $3 and I have lunch for just under $6.

Sometimes I will blend another smoothie at breakfast and stash that in the fridge at work. And I always bring a few bananas and apples with me every day, and sometimes a stash of nuts which I usually eat by lunch :) but try to save for those afternoon cravings.
