		<description>This recipe is a keeper.  The peppers I used were not quite sweet enough to carry the soup, as I used some purple peppers rather than all red.  So I added some flourishes:  coconut water, touch of honey, cilantro, unsweetened shredded coconut.  I found the result to be even better, and look forward to making this in future.  

Hemp seeds are a genius ingredient in this soup for giving just a bit of creamy consistency, and I like their flavour.  I am going to perhaps grind them up a bit in advance next time as I had a very slight gritty texture that my extra ingredients masked.  I don&#039;t have a fancy blender so that is probably why.</description>
