9. Getting on the scale is no longer a dreaded fear because you’re slimming down naturally and it feels like you’re not even trying.

    I think reason 2 is very important, especially for our health. This can be traced to veganism as well, in terms of eating meat.

  4. I haven’t gone totally raw but I dramatically increased my intake of raw foods overall. I’d say I eat about 75% of my diet as raw foods.

    As a result I’m losing weight easier than ever before. I’ve already lost 37 pounds in a few months and I attribute most of my success to completely overhauling my diet to a more natural way of eating.

    I enjoy eating raw and strive for a 75% raw balance and feel so much better when I stick to it. Processed foods and white flour really make me sluggish.
